Holy Cross First Steps

First steps Home visiting services provide information, support and encouragement around child development, prenatal/post-partum issues, breastfeeding, parenting support, access to community resources (including Medicaid enrollment) and screenings/referrals that promote early childhood development and a positive family foundation.  Our services are free and available to all families from pregnancy to the age of three.
