ROAMS is a program of: Holy Cross Medical Center in Taos • Miners Colfax Medical Center in Raton • Union County General Hospital Health Clinic in Clayton • Women's Health Institute in Taos

ROAMS was originally developed through a Health Resources Service Administration (HRSA) grant. Current funding is provided by the Brindle Foundation, the Con Alma Health Foundation, and the Managed Care Organization Reinvestment Fund through State Medicaid Office.
