Taos loves kids provides parenting classes for families in the community to facilitate the understanding of child development and build parent resiliency. We aim to increase the participants understanding of the nature and importance of the parent/child attachment to build basis for ongoing positive interactions.

Colfax County Youth Empowerment Services (Y.E.S.) serve Colfax and Union County with a comprehensive Home Visiting and breastfeeding support program. Services are offered to families with babies 0-3yrs to learn positive parenting skills and techniques to promote healthy child development. Y.E.S is available in the comfort of your home, at your desired location or virtually through online support. We help families access resources (like Medicaid, SNAP). Y.E.S. is supportive, confidential and free of charge.
Community Against Violence (CAV) provides confidential, free services for people who have experienced domestic or sexual violence or child/elder abuse. CAV also offers a program for people who are using violence in their interpersonal relationships.
